Dialog Launches CSA Transactional Files
Six New Files Added as Rollout of
CSA Research
on Dialog Continues
CARY, NC., USA (July 11, 2005)
Dialog
said today that scientists, engineers and information
professionals worldwide will be able to search most
of the CSA files it is adding this year on a "pay-as-you-go" transactional
basis, as well as through annual fixed-rate subscription.
The announcement comes as Dialog has added six
new files of CSA research, part of a phased rollout
of more than 30 CSA files of scientific, technical
and social science research for its clients in the
corporate and government markets.
The six new CSA files now available through Dialog® services on a transactional basis, as well as by subscription, are:
- Aluminium Industry Abstracts (File 33)
- Ceramic Abstracts/World Ceramics Abstracts
(File 335)
- Corrosion Abstracts (File 46)
- Engineered Materials Abstracts (File
293)
- Life Sciences (File 24)
- Materials Business File (File 269)
Last month, Dialog announced the availability of
three CSA files: CSA Aerospace
and High Technology Database (File 108), METADEX
(File 32) and CSA
Technology Research Database (File 23) .
The remaining CSA files will be added by the end
of 2005.
Custom CSA report templates, e-Journal Links and
links to related research materials are available
for CSA files through DialogLink 5. Searchers can
use the custom templates to quickly process their
research into a desired format, such as Microsoft®
Word or Microsoft® Excel, for distribution to customers,
managers and others in their organization.
